Baking Bread, according to the Japanese

  1. While I have never eaten Japanese bread and didn't know they were a bread baking nation, apparently they make happy bread. Like "Great cheese comes from happy cows, happy cows come from California".
    P.S.... I like food...

  2. The bread is happy in the end, but that step 5 looks a little brutal. I get the gas thing, little loaf of bread. You're in good company.
